Async portfolio place-report job for agents
Async portfolio place-report job for agents. Preflights 3 to 50 addresses, charges one batch price only when at least one item is supported, then returns a pollable job with per-item report ids. Unsupported items remain free diagnostics. No hidden per-item charges, valuation, screening, forecasts, or safe/unsafe labels. npx @velinussage/locus-agent-skill add.
