Searches the official EU open data portal and returns datasets with what decides whether they are usable: the licence, classified by whether commercial reuse is allowed and what attribution or share-alike it demands. A dataset under a non-commercial licence is marked as unusable for a paid product rather than listd as if equivalent. Each result also carries its publisher, country, last modification date, the distribution formats available and how many there are, and direct links.
