Simulate a real sell of a funded balance against a freshly launched Base token, read the mint, blacklist, pause and fee powers still present in its bytecode, and get the block it all stops being true at. Positive-sum by design: the expensive half is the token's storage layout, shared across every agent that asks about the same bytecode, so the second caller pays $0.04 instead of $0.07 and the first earns a share of it.
