What it does

Use when a Solana-side agent needs a cheap operational context check at the start of a run or task, as often as it likes. Returns the current UTC time (ISO and unix) plus the latest x402 Bazaar pulse (resource, seller and 30-day call totals, top services, networks) with source evidence and whether this paying wallet has called before. $0.005 per call via MPP on Tempo, x402 on Solana or x402 on Base; no accounts.
