What it does
Turns SenML (JSON or CBOR) and LwM2M TLV into one record shape: resolved name, unit, absolute timestamp, typed value. Optionally puts every series on a shared time axis with a chosen interval and fill rule (last value, bucket mean, linear). Works only on the payload you pass: no device is contacted, nothing is stored, the same request returns the same bytes. TLV carries no type on the wire; unmapped resource ids come back as opaque base64 with a warning instead of a guess.

GET https://bazaar.saylorinnovations.com/discovery/search?query=…, the MCP toolsearch_resources, or/discovery/resources. - Inspect. Fetch
/resources/28590.jsonfor the price and payment options. - Pay. Call
GET https://tools.halowerk.com/v1/telemetry/normalize. The provider answers402with its payment requirements. An x402 client signs one of the options below and retries withPAYMENT-SIGNATURE. - Execute. The provider returns

For humans
You don't need an account or an API key; you need a wallet holding a small amount of USDC on Base, and an x402-capable client (see the examples below). Call the endpoint unpaid first to see exactly what it asks for.
