Crypto market tick — BTC, ETH, SOL live price + 24h change, Fear & Greed index, and a deterministic regime verdict (RISK_ON / DRIFT_UP / CHOP / DRIFT_DOWN / RISK_OFF) in ONE $0.05 call. Built for agent loops that need a cheap market pulse every cycle; escalate to /api/scan/crypto ($2) for the institutional deep scan with technicals, derivatives and a directional call. 60s freshness, no LLM in the path.
