What it does
Find structured government datasets across Asia-Pacific open-data portals in one call: data.gov.au (Australia), the e-Gov Data Portal and the Tokyo catalog (Japan), DATA.GOV.HK (Hong Kong). Query in any language, the portal's own included; every match comes back with its organization, licence, update time and the download URLs of its CSV/JSON/XLS resources, ready for fetch.raw. Portals that did not answer are listed, never hidden. Input: query; optional region (au, jp, hk, all), limit, portals.
