What it does

Prediction market watch/monitor for AI agents - only what changed since your last check. Pass up to 20 market ids (from /pm/search) or a topic, get current probability, change in points since your cursor, a moved flag, newly-listed markets, and a fresh stateless cursor for next time. Portfolio monitoring, alerting, polling without re-paying for unchanged data. ?ids=<comma ids>|q=<topic>&cursor=&min_move=<pts, default 3>. Nothing changed = 404 free.
