What it does

US workplace and environmental enforcement cases by company, state and date: OSHA inspections with penalties (US Department of Labor API) and EPA enforcement cases (EPA ECHO), each with the official record link. Filters: company, state, since, minPenalty, source. OSHA is included only when the deployment has a DOL key; the answer says so otherwise. Public records matched by name, not a finding of guilt.
