What it does

Use to vet a developer, owner, architecture firm or trade contractor in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas: projects filed since late 2024 (count, total and largest cost, cities, dates, newest projects) and state trade licenses held by the business (A/C, electrical, sign, elevator), current or expired. Pass part of the name (3+ characters). No match is a free 404. Example: "How many projects has this developer filed in the Valley since 2024, and how large was the biggest one?"
