What it does

Młynek 2008 EAACI/GA2LEN/EDF UAS: seven days of wheals and pruritus integers 0-3. Daily UAS is wheals plus pruritus (0-6). UAS7 is the seven-day sum (0-42). Returns mean_daily_uas. Wheals 0 none, 1 mild (<20/24h), 2 moderate (20-50/24h), 3 intense (>50/24h or confluent). Pruritus 0 none, 1 mild, 2 moderate, 3 intense (interferes with activity or sleep). Seven complete days; no missing-day imputation. Not a diagnosis, not AAS. magent does not count wheals. Not a medical device.
