What it does

Sitzman 2011 Wisconsin Criteria. Meets criteria if any one of five caller-assigned findings is true: bony step-off or instability, periorbital swelling or contusion, GCS < 14, malocclusion, or tooth absence. All five false does not meet. Returns meets_criteria and criteria_present (0–5). Not a diagnosis, not an imaging order, and not NEXUS, PECARN head, or Canadian CT Head. magent does not examine the face or assign GCS.
