What it does

Monitor X/Twitter for changes - pass a search query and (optionally) a cursor from your last check, get back ONLY what's new since then, plus an AI change summary. Cursor-based so an agent never re-reads the same tweets. Brand monitoring, keyword alerts, competitor tracking. ?query=<advanced search>&since=<ISO timestamp or tweet id>. First call (no since) returns a baseline of the latest 20 + a cursor to pass next time. Poll on a prepaid credits key (/buy/credits) = the bar tab.
