What it does

Allooloo Capital Markets estate index for $0.01 USDC: every market node (Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea), issuer and disclosure-event counts, drop date; add ?record=node/exchange/code (e.g. uk-cm-kg/LSE/BARC) for one Capital Markets Record, sourced per field, public-record only. Every settlement answers with an EdDSA-signed receipt that resolves forever at /x402/receipt/{nonce}.
