What it does

EPA cleanup and Superfund/NPL sites near an address for agents; Returns Cleanups in My Community and Superfund/NPL records with program and status fields, EPA links, and a brownfields candidate flag. Returns the same records as locus_cleanup_sites. Use this when your client can only call paid x402 routes. Use locus_cleanup_sites instead when you can call Locus free tools (REST tools/call or MCP).
