What it does

Arc fresh launches, REAL TIME, each with a sell verdict and a bundle verdict, including the Argus launchpad (measured 6 Oct 2026: 45 of 52 Argus launches in a 2-hour window were in the feed). About 9 in 10 new USDC-paired Uniswap v4 pools on Arc (94 of 107 in that window) are caught by a WebSocket on PoolManager Initialize and exit-checked ~12 s after they open (the watcher drops the oldest job when its queue passes 60), so you learn whether a launch can actually be sold before you buy it.
