Scam / phishing / sanctioned (OFAC) address check before sending funds or approving (AML screening). Screens any EVM address against public threat intelligence (GoPlus, which aggregates SlowMist, BlockSec and others): phishing, theft, sanctions (OFAC), money laundering, mixers, honeypot creators, fake tokens. Adds the exchange label, contract/EOA type and tx count. Returns a risk score and a verdict. Call it before every transfer or approval.
