What it does
Solana Pay payment check by reference key: finds the transaction that carries a Solana Pay `reference` on mainnet and validates it like the Solana Pay spec's validateTransfer — succeeded, recipient received at least `amount` of the SPL token (or SOL), optional memo match. Returns signature, slot, block time, payer and amount actually received. Commitment is `confirmed` by default (`finality=finalized` available). Scan limit: the 10 newest signatures that reference the key are fetched and the 5 oldest of those are checked, oldest first (like @solana/pay findReference); the output lists exactly which were checked. `amount` may not have more decimals than the mint (looked up on-chain; 9 for SOL) — rejected with 400 before any payment is verified or settled. Live RPC data at request time. $0.005 per call.
