What it does
Every weather warning currently in force across China, straight from the National Meteorological Center (中央气象台): typhoon, rainstorm, gale, thunderstorm, high temperature, forest fire risk and more. Each item is parsed into province / city / county / hazard type / warning colour (blue<yellow<orange<red), with issue time, issuing station, original title and source link, plus nationwide counts by hazard type and by colour. Filter with ?province= 广东, ?kind= 暴雨, ?level=red, orange, ?limit=1-100. This is official hazard data that normally only exists as web pages — no clean machine-readable feed is published. 中文:全国生效中的气象预警信号,含省市县、灾种、预警颜色、发布时间和原文链接。 No API key and no signup: call the endpoint, it answers HTTP 402 with the payment terms, pay per request in USDC on Base with any x402-compatible client or wallet, then retry the same request to get the data.
