What it does

A-share insider and key-person holding changes (高管持股变动): every buy and sell disclosed by directors, supervisors, senior managers and other key persons of mainland-listed companies, one row per transaction. Each row carries the person's name, their position, their relation to the listed entity, the trade date, the signed number of shares, the average price in yuan, the total amount in yuan, the shares held before and after, the implied change as a percent of total shares, the stated reason (二级市场买卖 / 集中竞价 / 大宗交易 / 协议转让 …) and the share class. Newest change date first, so the top of the feed is what was just disclosed. Pass ?symbol=600519 for one stock's full history, ?date=2026-10-13 for a single change date, ?direction=down&sort=amount to see the largest disposals (or ?direction=up for the largest buys), ?sort=shares to rank by size, ?limit=1-300. Chinese exchanges require timely disclosure of insider dealings but publish them as per-company pages, so a market-wide machine-readable feed does not otherwise exist. 中文：A股高管及关键人持股变动——谁在增持/减持、成交均价、变动金额与占股本比例。 No API key and no signup: call the endpoint, it answers HTTP 402 with the payment terms, pay per request in USDC on Base with any x402-compatible client or wallet, then retry the same request to get the data.
