What it does

Institutional research visits to A-share companies (机构调研 / 投资者关系活动记录): which mainland-listed company was visited, on which date, which institutions and analysts attended, where it happened, the format (特定对象调研 / 业绩说明会 / 路演活动 and so on), plus the company's own Q&A transcript. Every event keeps the exchange announcement id so it can be traced back. Pass ?symbol=600519 for a single company, ?date=YYYY-MM-DD for one meeting date, ?days=N to widen the window (default 3 days, 7 days when a symbol is given), ?limit=N for at most 20 events, and ?content=0 to drop the Q&A text. Upstream this report allows at most 50 raw records per call (one raw record = one institution's visit) and its paging is unreliable, so every response states how many records were actually scanned. 中文：机构调研记录——哪家公司、谁去了、什么形式、公司怎么答。 No API key and no signup: call the endpoint, it answers HTTP 402 with the payment terms, pay per request in USDC on Base with any x402-compatible client or wallet, then retry the same request to get the data.
