What it does

A-share share-buyback disclosures (股票回购明细): one row per disclosure record, with the company, announcement date, trade date, bought-back shares, amount in yuan, lowest and highest buyback price, closing price and daily change, plus a classified buyback method (exchange public purchase / off-exchange negotiated purchase / centralized auction). Defaults to the newest announcements first. Pass ?symbol=000333 for one company, ?from=2026-10-01&to=2026-10-27 for a date window, ?sort=amount|shares|high|low to rank, ?direction=asc to flip the order, and ?limit=1-300. 中文：A股股票回购明细——公告日、回购数量、金额、最高/最低回购价、收盘价与回购方式。 No API key and no signup: call the endpoint, it answers HTTP 402 with the payment terms, pay per request in USDC on Base with any x402-compatible client or wallet, then retry the same request to get the data.
