What it does

Buy bulk crawl access to one domain that publishes Paid Crawl terms. $0.010 buys $0.010 worth of that site's pages — the site sets the per-page rate, so the request budget is the pass value divided by that rate. ONE settlement covers the whole budget: per-page settlement is impossible at these prices because Base gas would exceed the fee. Send the returned token back as "X-Crawl-Pass: anmcp_...". Site operators pay nothing for Paid Crawl; crawlers do.
