Carbon- and cost-aware compute scheduling
Carbon- and cost-aware compute scheduling. Given a region, job length and load, returns the optimal window in the next 48h to run it, with kg CO2 and EUR saved versus running now. Deterministic — computed from the official NESO (GB) and Fraunhofer ISE (EU) forward curves, no model guessing. Honours x-ealna-carbon-max / x-grove-carbon-max carbon budgets.
